Eazy Path is a digital tool that helps users organise their Australian skilled migration pathway information, estimate points, track visa-related dates and compare general pathway information.

Eazy Path provides general information only. It does not provide migration advice, legal advice, financial advice or guaranteed visa outcomes. Any points score, pathway suggestion, reminder, comparison, dashboard result or notification shown in the app is for general information only.

Eazy Path is not a registered migration agent, law firm or government body. The app does not assess your legal eligibility for any visa and does not tell you which visa you should apply for. You should check all information with official government sources, registered migration professionals, skills assessment authorities and relevant state or territory nomination bodies before making decisions.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you enter into Eazy Path is accurate, complete and up to date. You are also responsible for checking official requirements before making any immigration, study, employment or financial decision.

You may enter information such as your name, email, date of birth, visa details, occupation, English test scores, education, work experience, skills assessment details, professional year information, EOI dates and other pathway-related information.

Points calculations, expiry reminders, pathway comparisons, occupation insights and invitation-related information may be incomplete, outdated, incorrect or different from how an authority assesses your case. You should not rely only on Eazy Path when making important decisions.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You must not share your account with another person, attempt to access another user’s account, or misuse the app.

If Eazy Path allows users to post community content, you are responsible for anything you submit. You must not post content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, spam, discriminatory, defamatory, harmful, or that provides immigration assistance or professional migration advice.

Community posts are user-generated content and are not verified by Eazy Path. They should not be relied on as migration, legal, financial or professional advice. We may remove content, restrict access or suspend accounts if we believe content breaches these Terms or creates legal, safety or platform risk.

Eazy Path may offer paid or premium features in the future. Any price, billing period, included features, renewal terms and cancellation method will be shown before purchase.

If subscriptions are introduced, your subscription may automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You are responsible for cancelling before renewal if you do not want to continue.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our own servers.

Except where required by Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law, payments may be non-refundable once a paid period has started. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Eazy Path may display advertisements, sponsored content, affiliate links or promotional material in the future. We will aim to clearly identify advertising or sponsored content where reasonably required.

Advertising partners may use limited technical, device, usage or cookie information to show, measure and improve ads. More details will be provided in our Privacy Notice or advertising notice when advertising is introduced.

We are not responsible for the products, services, websites or claims made by third-party advertisers.

We may update, change, remove or stop parts of Eazy Path at any time, including features, calculations, occupation data, visa pathway information, community features, advertising and pricing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eazy Path and its operator are not responsible for loss, damage, missed opportunities, visa refusal, incorrect applications, expired documents, missed deadlines or decisions made from relying on information shown in the app.
