What information we collect

Eazy Path may collect your name, email address, date of birth, visa details, target visa pathways, nominated occupation, partner status, English test scores, education details, work experience, skills assessment information, professional year information, EOI details, expiry dates and calculated points score.

Why we collect your information

We collect this information to create your account, save your migration profile, estimate your points score, personalise your dashboard, track important dates, provide reminders, show pathway information, improve the app and support account security.

How your information is stored

Your information may be stored using Firebase and other trusted cloud service providers. Some hosting, authentication, backup, support, analytics, payment, advertising or security processing may occur through third-party providers such as Firebase, Google Cloud, Vercel, Stripe, email providers, analytics providers or advertising partners.

Third-party providers

We may use third-party providers for authentication, database storage, hosting, analytics, notifications, error monitoring, payments, advertising and support. These providers process information only as needed to operate, secure, measure or improve the app.

Overseas disclosure

Some of our service providers may process or store information outside Australia. These providers may include Google/Firebase, Vercel, Stripe, analytics providers, email providers, notification providers and advertising partners.

Advertising and analytics

We may use analytics, advertising or measurement tools to understand app usage, improve features and, in the future, display ads. These tools may collect technical information such as device type, browser, approximate location, pages viewed, interactions, referral source and cookie or similar identifiers.

If personalised advertising is introduced, we may provide additional consent or preference options where required.

Notifications and reminders

Eazy Path may send reminders about visa expiry, English test expiry, skills assessment expiry, EOI expiry, work experience milestones, occupation updates, invitation round updates or other pathway-related events if these features are enabled.

Security of your information

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including authentication controls, database security rules, HTTPS encryption, restricted admin access and security monitoring. However, no online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Access, correction and deletion

You can update much of your profile information inside the app. You may also contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal, security, backup, accounting or fraud-prevention requirements.

Account deletion and data retention

You may request deletion of your account and personal information by contacting us. We may need to retain limited information where required for security, legal, accounting, backup, dispute resolution or fraud-prevention purposes.

Eazy Path uses your information to provide general pathway tracking. It does not provide migration advice and does not guarantee visa eligibility, invitation or approval.
